  • Traditional moon cake with 5 types of nuts (A filling consisting of 5 types of nuts and seeds, lime leaf coarsely chopped, is held together)

III. Fondant Love by Mito Sweets

General information:

Instructor: Mito Sweets (plus 2x Assistants)

Time: 2,3 – 3 hours/Class

Class size: 12 students/ class

V.  Home Cooking with Joel 

General Information

Instructor: Head Chef Joel Manton (plus 2x Assistants)

Time: 2,5 – 3 hours/Class

Class size:   Max 12 students/class

Course fee:     350.000vnd/1 class/student

Class 1: 18h thứ 5 ngày 8/8/2013:

  • Paella Spanish rice with KAfe chorizo sausage, peas
  • Lime leaf crème brulee with coffee biscotti

Class 2: 18h Thursday 22/8/2013:

  • Perfect Sunday Roast chicken with gravy and baked vegetables.
  • Semi freddo Italian frozen cream with honey, chocolate and raisins

You can register thru our website http://class.kitchenart.vn/en/lich-hoc. Payment is required at the time of registration.  Class availability is first come first serve basis. Classes are limited to 12 participants, so register early to guarantee a spot.

For Direct Payment

Please make your payment at Kitchen Art Store & Studio (38/27 Xuan Dieu St, Tay Ho Dist, Hanoi).
