II.  Baking fun with Nguyetva at Kitchen Art

  • Maria buns: The Maria bun is a mix of the choux pastry with a cookie dough and fill with cream
  • Berry panna cotta: Panna cotta is one of the most famous desserts in Italian. Berry panna cotta is served with a huge pile of berries, very juicy and lightly-sweetened.

  • Rose chocolate cake: That’s where you’ll see its true beauty – in the Kahlua-kissed chocolate sponge and fluffy white chocolate icing.
  • Pineapple dream cupcake: A delicious cupcake with pineapple sauce and cream.

  • Cinamon rolls: Cinnamon Rolls (Buns) with full of ground cinnamon, sugar, and butter will satisfy you.

  • Introduce ingredients and tools of fondant. 
  • How to make daisy by premade fondant.  

Class 2: 18h Monday 14/10/2013 Teddy Bears by fondant.

  • How to make 3D fondant teddy bears to decorate cupcakes.

Class 3: 18h Monday 21/10/2013:

  • How to make 3D fondant bride and groom bears to decorate cupcakes.

 

 IV.  Home Cooking with Joel 

General Information

Instructor: Head Chef Joel Manton (plus 2x Assistants)

V.   Happy Korean Cooking Class

General information

Instructor: Head Chef Do Hieu (plus 2x Assistants)

Duration: 2.5 – 3 hours/class

Class size: Max 12 students/class

Course fee: 350,000 VND/lesson per student

Class 1: 18h Thursday 10/10/2013

  • Korean Kimchi
  • Gimbap (A popular Korean dish made from steamed white rice and various other ingredients, rolled in gim (sheets of dried laver seaweed) and served in bite-size slices)
  • Bibimbap (The word literally means “mixed rice”. Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions.

Class 2: 18h Thursday 24/20/2013

  • Kimchi soup
  • Jajangmyeon (A noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (a salty black soybean paste), dicedpork and vegetables, and sometimes also seafood)
  • Korean seafood deep-fried pancake

Mocktail:

  • Cocobell (Vanilla ice cream, coconut cream, Grenadine syrup, milk)

  • Sangria

You can register through our website http://class.kitchenart.vn/en/lich-hoc. Payment is required at the time of registration. Class availability is first come first serve basis. Classes are limited to 12 participants, so register early to guarantee a spot.
